How can I update the mattermost version I installer with mattermost extension?

As you can see here, Mattermost developer of this extension is Apheleia IT AG
Have you tried to ask them?

Yes. They do not have a mail address. I think the company does not exist anymore.

Yes, i have found the installation at /var/www/vhosts/YourDomain.com/mattermost on my server.
You can follow this official way -> Upgrading Mattermost Server — Mattermost 5.34 documentation
At step 5., you can use 'systemctl --type=service' to find the right service.
