  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Update Plesk 10.3.1 -> 10.4.4 - Update page not loading

Hi,

After the update of my Debian 6 Plesk 10.3.1 to 10.4.4 I have the problem that I can't connect to the update page.

The error I got is "connection refused" or "no content loaded" (Chrome).

If I try netstat during the connection process it said that i am "connected", then after a few seconds "TIME_WAIT".

What package during the update process could be the problem? Firewall? I added the port forwardings in the plesk firewall but without any luck.

Thank you for your help and greetings!

Make sure that you have not firewalled 8447 autoinstaller port.

try to kill the autoinstaller...

# netstat -atpun | grep 8447
tcp 0 0 :::8447 :::* LISTEN 9183/autoinstaller

# kill 9183

that worked for me.
