  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hello,

Trying to figure out how to update the sitebuilder 4.1 to version 4.2, because I find how to install it but not upgrade it, thanks

Dmitry, After updating sitebuilder i noticed that existing site which has been published were unable to use sitepal module. It didnt even show up in the module list at all. Is this normal or do i have a problem with my upgrade.

Make sure that module is installed in Plesk Sitebuilder admin CP -> Server -> Modules section. It should be listed there. If it is installed, then make sure to add it into appropriate plan in Plan Management section.

Then I sitebuilder 4.2 under the instructions and still leave me in the Installation Guide?

In sitebuilder has entered when 4.1: server> Auto update is not out anything.

You can use following instructions for Sitebuilder update from 4.1 to 4.2 version with help of autoinstaller:

1. Go to Parallels web site http://www.parallels.com/en/download/sitebuilder4/ page.
2. Select appropriate target OS in listbox, for example Fedora 7.
3. Click on autoinstaller link and download it into your Sitebuilder server where old version installed. You can download autoinstaller from console with this way:

# wget http://download1.parallels.com/Site...er_v3.3.0_build080201.09_os_FedoraCore_7_i386

4. After autoinstaller is uploaded use following commands to run it:

# chmod +x swsoft_installer_v3.3.0_build080201.09_os_FedoraCore_7_i386
# ./swsoft_installer_v3.3.0_build080201.09_os_FedoraCore_7_i386

or

# sh swsoft_installer_v3.3.0_build080201.09_os_FedoraCore_7_i386

After that follow autoinstaller instructions.

Manual update also possible. In this case refer to documentation.

As for Autoupdate feature please check following thread where you will find detailed explanation about how it works: http://forum.swsoft.com/showthread.php?t=51876&highlight=Autoupdate

Hello Thanks, I CentOS release version 4.4 (Final), which should download? Apart as I know if x86-64 or i386.

You can check platform which you have using 'uname' command:

Type in console 'uname -m' it should display type of the current hardware platform. It will show you if it is x86_64 or not.

Hello, showed i686 which I would have to fall to x86_64, the problem I have now is not which version of sitebuilder selected.

Thanks, I hope your answer.
