upgrade Apache 2.2.3 to 2.2.23

Hoping I can simply load httpd-2.2.23.tar into /etc/httpd do the following:

Run The Configuration File
./config.nice

Run The Make File
make

Run The Install Make File
make install

Start Apache
/usr/local/apache/bin/apachectl restart

This should have no effect on Plesk? Anything I need to watch out for being a live server?
