Resolved upgrade plesk to Onyx

I'm trying to upgrade but something is not letting me.

The command works (plesk installer) on Centos but there isn't an option for Onyx, just 12.5

So I go to https://central.plesk.com/public/license-management/#upgrade-plesk But every time I try this happens "Wrong or expired captcha text" and I know it's not wrong...

Using the web GUI I can only click on install components.

what's my next move?

Make sure that you have 64bit supported OS - https://docs.plesk.com/release-notes/onyx/software-requirements/#s2-1
Plesk Onyx works only on 64bit systems.
