Upgrade to 10.2?

I really want to upgrade my Media Temple dv 4.0 Plesk to v 10.2

Is the upgrade dependent on the version of the Virtuozzo Container?

Yes, IPv6 will work only on latest PVC 4.6 version.

Yes, you can use previous PVC versions but without IPv6 support for Plesk 10.2

Before you uprade from Plesk 8.6, ensure you have the latest version of PVC (4.6.0-212+). For details on problems you encounter if you use prior versions of PVC, see http://kb.odin.com/en/11186.

No, you can install it only on PVC 4.6. There is other Virtuozzo kernel version.

This says "before you upgrade from 8.6" does that mean it would not apply to upgrading from 10.1.1?

Once again - you can use any 4.x PVC version for Plesk 10.2, but only with PVC 4.6 you can use IPv6 feature.
