Resolved Upgrading to Obsidian 18 fails

I get this error when trying to upgrade

Can not bind a socket to address customer.worldstream.nl:715 - Cannot assign requested address Please, check your network configuration ERROR while trying to check the hostname Check the error reason (see log file: /var/log/plesk/install/plesk_18.0.27_installation.log), fix and try again * problem report * ERROR while trying to check the hostname

What is the issue here? I don't know what it's trying to do the hostname.

I use Cloudflare, disabled its proxying to see if that will help but nope.
