Hello,
We are paying for a Plesk license, but our server does not have outgoing web access (is behind a firewall). The license expires every 6 months so that Plesk can regularly verify that old license keys aren't being illegally used.
After the first 6 months, we just got a new license from Plesk, but it is not uploading properly. When I log in, the Plesk control panel is locked out and I get the error:
This is expected, as the key has expired.
But I upload the new key, which is in the format, PLSK.XXXXXXXX.0001.xml, the upload appears to complete but the license information does not update.
When I log out and then log back in, I get the same error as above; as if I never uploaded the new key.
Does anybody have any ideas why this might be?
Thanks in advance,
-Brad
