[URGENT] Plesk not create anymore subscription

Hello,

I have format the server for change the OS from centos5 to centos6.

After reinstall, I have import my BKP, everything it's ok, but now, I can't create new subscription. The problem is:

2012-07-19T02:41:52+02:00 ERR (3): hosting update is failed: Cannot create directory /data/vhosts/test.com/httpdocs/picture_library: Not a directory
System error 20: Not a directory

2012-07-19 02:41:52: (mod_fastcgi.c.2588) FastCGI-stderr: PleskUtilException: '/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/dirmng' '-c' '-p' failed with code .

Is possible to fix the problem? I can't use the server for create new subscription.

I use Centos6 + Plesk 10.4.4

Any from parallels team? I have the problem too into other server!!! All server are was upgrade from Plesk 9.5.4 to 10.4.4

Please help me, I do not want format the machine for an error into plesk control panel!

Please try bootstrapper repair with the command:

/usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp11.0.9-bootstrapper/bootstrapper.sh repair

Hello,

I have already done this command without success. But I have resolve in another way.

Into chroot folder I have an file called "httpdocs" with chmod 755 I have delete it and seems to works all perfect.

I don't know why, but works

OK, that is interesting though how are you going to house the website files without the httpdocs folder, since it is the root folder for www files that are accessible through the web ...

But i do not have delete the "httpdocs root folder" I have delete the httpdocs FILE not folder into /var/www/vhosts/chroot

In my works plesk 10.4.4 servers, into chroot I do not have any httpdocs file/folder, so, I have delete it from shell and now works.

oh OK. You are right, there's no httpdocs file in /var/www/vhosts/chroot/ even with Plesk 11.*
