  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

URGENT Site Down - Website copy to remote FTP fail

A user tried using the make a 'copy of the website' feature to a remote FTP server and now the backup is stuck and the site permanently redirected with a 403.

How can I force a cancellation of this process and get the domain back on-line?

Copying the website user-domain-local.com to ftp://xxxxx@xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/public_html/user-domain-remote.es. You will be notified of the progress by e-mail (webmaster@mydomain.com).
