  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hi,

Sorry for my english, I'm just a french girl.

So:

When I'm adding a new domain impossible to upload files in the good repertorie (with file manager or with an ftp client...)
I can upload files (like a new index.html file) but i will always see the default page when i go to www.mydomain.com.
If a want to see a new page i've at to edit /home/httpd/default/inex.htm

Why:

it make a vhost (for the new added domain) with this repertorie: /home/httpd/vhost/default

Why plesk does it. Is there any solution?
My hoster s 1&1.fr

Thanks a lot

You need to reload the apache configuration, on Red Hat-style Linux you can do:

service httpd reload

Is it serious?

Does it mean than I'm suppose to be informed when my client add a domain and to restart (so to stop all th website) each time !

Plesk is a serious product or a joke???

After restart apache it was great ... But ....
I choose to install uebimiau for one domain.
After deleting uebimiau for this domain: default page for all domain !!!
Never see a product like that ...
Is plesk 7.5 a beta version ??? It look like some Microsoft product ! Are we beta tester?

the changes you described have impact on the configuration of apache. After a change the configuration have to be reloaded with the new settings. You can restart apache manually or you can set this parameter in the Plesk panel (System->Server->Server properties->Apache restart interval)

Yes and the problem is: no server proprieties in the server section ...
