• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

P.S. : I guess it is a communication problem with the dbus ?

Do you have any error messages when you try to run wdcollect manually with

# /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/modules/watchdog/wd --start-wdcollect

?

$ /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/modules/watchdog/wd --start-wdcollect

Failed to get D-Bus connection: No connection to service manager.
Error occurred while calling the module utility wdservice: 'Start wdcollect'

$ /etc/init.d/dbus status

Checking for service D-Bus daemon running

Somehow looks like a communication problem with the dbus and watchdog.

Can this be tuned in a better way ?

I have immediately installed the plesk panel after installing the OpenSuse 12.1 provided by ISP Strato.

Therefore I guess everybody using the combination OpenSuse 12.1 + Plesk Panel 11.0.9 will get this error.

Same problem here. Same provider - same OS - same Plesk.

Did you find a solution?

Both log-file-folder are empty ( /usr/local/psa/var/modules/watchdog/log/ and /usr/local/psa/var/modules/watchdog/log/)
Means - there is not even one log-file.
