  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

The web statistics are not being update from many days, I have followed this link but still same. If i try to start it manually it gives following error:

C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\Additional\Webalizer\bin\>webalizer.exe
Webalizer V2.01-10-RB02 (Windows NT 5.2 Service Pack 2) English
Error:Ca't open log file

Same problem here

I have the same problem.
I seems that the format of the log-files has change...?

Hello,

First of all please note that statistic can be manually calculated with Plesk 'statsitics.exe' utility:

Start > Run > cmd
> cd %plesk_bin%
> statistics.exe

If statistic is not get updated automatically, probably this task is not scheduled in Plesk or path to statistic binary is set incorrectly, please check it in Server > Scheduled Tasks of Plesk CP.

Also please try to troubleshoot the problem with SWSoft Knowledge Base:

http://kb.swsoft.com/en/1998
http://kb.swsoft.com/en/1086

And finally I consider upgrading to the latest version. As far as I know a lot of statistic issues has been fixed in Plesk 8.2.0.
