• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Resolved Web Statistics Not Working

nolyoly

New Pleskian
Hello, when I click web statistics all I get is an about:blank window that opens. I managed to get it to load an https page once. But, for some reason when I tried to add an exception for the security ticket it just kept redirecting back to that same screen to add an exception. So, I disabled SSL for that domain. Now I just get an about blank when clicking 'Web Statistics'.

I have it configured to run Webalizer. I've tried AwStats as well and get the same result. This is happening across all of my domains too.

Hi nolyoly,

pls. include corresponding ( domain - specific! ) log - entries from the folder

=> /var/www/vhosts/system/(subdomain.)YOUR-DOMAIN.COM/logs

... so that people willing to help you have something to start with their investigations together with you. ;)

Hi nolyoly,

thank you very much for LISTING the existing logs, but you should be aware that this doesn't help much if you desire help with your investigations. Pls. consider to add the logs as attachments, or consider to post/quote corresponding entries of issues/errors/problems from your logs. ;)

Hi nolyoly,

pls. consider to use the URL => https://aphiso.com/webstat and login with your domain specific system - user and it's password.

Pls. check as well, that needed apache - modules are installed and activated: => HOME > Tools & Settings > Apache Webserver

Which apache modules would be necessary for the web stats to run? I'm 99% sure I have all the necessary modules installed.

Also the webstat url doesnt work. I just get a blank screen.

I can't confirm this statement, as the URL opens as expected, with the needed login - screen ( Google Chrome ). Pls. consider to test the URL with a different browser and consider as well to delete possible cookies and temporary internet files, stored locally on your computer. ;)

Got it working. I believe it was a problem with my browser as I'm actually running an old PPC Mac right now.
