• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Webmail Access Problem

Moondog604

New Pleskian
I am running

CentOS 6.3 (Final)
11.0.9 Update #13

It's a fairly new installation with only a handful of micro updates being applied.

I am experiencing an odd problem which seems to be a two part issue.

1) If you go to any of the domains and try to load webmail it looks like the subdomain isn't loading PHP. My web browser prompts me to download the PHP files and when I look at the downloads they are in plain text including the code.

2) Any domain set up on it's own dedicated IP is trying to load the main domain website instead of Horde. Basically the DNS is forcing the subdomain "webmail" to be a wildcard for www. Ive tried changing the IP in the DNS records to use the servers Primary IP but even if I restart apache or bind (even cleared my browser cache and rebooted) it still points webmail to the dedicated IP.

Tried repairing vhosts with

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/httpdmng --reconfigure-all
