• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Webmail--Can't Send Attachments

Hi,

I am having trouble sending attachments through webmail. Nothing over 2 MBs goes through (allowable around 7MB). Anyone experiencing something similar and/or can help out?

Hi phoenix,

Thank you, it's actually set to 20 MB though. Could it be anything else?

The problem I'm experiencing is different. There's no error message. When I click "send" to send the email with the attachment, the page simply does not load. Any idea?

Hi ilya,
We had the same problem, where everything was correct in our php.ini and httpd.conf files. After further investigation (using phpinfo.php) we found that our php.ini file was not being read properly. We copied another php.ini file from a working server and restarted httpd and xinetd services and everything started to work properly.

Hope it helps.

Jim

OK thank you. This is an old thread, I'll hold on to your post for future reference though.
