If I compose and send a message with webmail the following error appears:

There was an error sending your message: unable to add recipient
[name@domain.com]: Invalid response code received from server.

pls help me.

It's known issue and you can fix it with following command from %plesk_bin% folder: 'mchk.exe --all --fix=all'
 
thanks for your reply.
i try your suggestion now my email can be sent by webmail, but the receiver doesn't receive my mail.

have you any suggestion?

Are mails hitting the mail server's spool .. What do u get in Mail Server's Delievery Logs ?

Horde is WebMail ... I suspect you are running ME Std with your Plesk.. Isnt it ?
 
Logs should be under

C:\[Your-ME-Installation-Path]\Logging\SMTP\

I have an other problem:
I receive to badmail@webjobs.it about 700 email like the following:

MailEnable: Message delivery has been delayed.

Message is waiting at webjobs.it for delivery to ..

Reason: Mail Server for angelfire.com could not be contacted at this time. MailEnable will keep trying to deliver this message and will notify you of any progress.

Why does happen this?

Plesk support has suggested to use mepurge.exe utility to delete messages in the bad mail directory.
