  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Hi,

As far as i know, for each created domain, Plesk create a webmail subdomain (webmail.domain_name.ext), This is not the case for my Plesk installation, i'm running Plesk 9.3.0 on a Debian 5.

Any hint?

thanks.

Do you mean subdomain or A DNS record for webmail? If you haven't this A DNS record for new created domain, you should check your domain template that you have enabled webmail there.

Thanks so much for your help, that's was it, a stupid mistake from our side...
