Website Size and appearance

Hi. Using Parrells Plesk site builder 4.5.0 for Linux/Unix my website appears too small on all mediums Safari, iPad etc. Using moto/car design but the grey border at each side of the page is simply far too big/wide. Really like the look of this particular design. Is there a way of making the page appear bigger please? Thanks for advice.
