Website will not active / IIS7

Hello,

I have a big problem. After I've created a website in plesk, I land on "Default web page of Plesk." When I try to run IIS7 in the domain, I get another error message. I also send two pictures.

I had until yesterday Plesk Panel 9.2 today and had to upgrade to 10.3. I get this error after I updated. I can not currently create a new domain.

Other problem is, please see 3.png. zend optimizer will not work with Plesk 10.3. if I disable in php.ini file, zend optimizer parameters, then it works.



I also tried the following;
- Repair Plesk installation
- Replace the security settings.

Could you please help.

Check event viewer and report Plesk logs
