• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Resolved Webstats unable to see

Moazzam Parkar

Basic Pleskian
I'm getting this page while clicking on webstat option, I have added this domain beofre 3 days but till now there is no stats, kindly assist...

This is the placeholder for Web statistics. If you see this page that means that statistics service has not run yet on your server. Statistics service is typically set to run once every 24 hours. If you do not see a change to this page in the next 24 hours contact your server administrator for assistance

Code:
"%plesk_bin%/statistics.exe" --calculate-one --domain-name=example.com

Statistics recalculation task is hung in ' Running ' state.

End the task in Windows Task Scheduler (right click the task > End).

Have you tried my command?

Code:
"%plesk_bin%/statistics.exe" --calculate-one --domain-name=example.com

Try to ask help from Plesk Support Team. Experienced supporters will check this issue and fix it directly on your server.

Code:
"%plesk_bin%/statistics.exe" --calculate-all

For more information

Restart statistics calculation by the following command:
Code:
"%plesk_bin%/statistics.exe" --process-domain --domain-name=YOUR DOMAIN

the above commands have successfully done.
Now where should I see the Statistics???
In browser like usual or there is any method to go through directories.
I'm asking this question because still I'm unable to see in web statistics section of domain.
