• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

what is that "u_ex1202.log" file?

iltera

Basic Pleskian
I am having these mails for a week now. I looked for them on google, but no such information, except that these are IIS log files. But I don't know why I get them...

Every night, when the Daily script task runs, it creates some logs which don't look like errors, in the name
u_ex1202.log_1.zip, u_ex1202.log_2.zip, u_ex1202.log_3.zip, u_ex1202.log_4.zip
and sends them with an email with the subject "Domain domainname.com log u_ex1202.log_1.zip".
It was only 4 of them at the first day (1 week ago). Yesterday I got 35 of these emails for 35 different subscription on my server. The interesting thing is, when I open the log files I see the logs which were recorded in February. But I started to get them on 11.09.2012 and more and more everyday since then.
11.03.2012 = 4 mails
12.03.2012 = 7 mails
13.03.2012 = 15 mails
14.03.2012 = 23 mails
15.03.2012 = 28 mails
16.03.2012 = 35 mails
Everytime when I get the last email, in a few minutes after that last one, I get "Parallels Panel Scheduler notification" mail and they all stop.
Appearently I will get more than 40 emails for more than 40 different subscriptions, that night...
I don't know what does that mean, and I don't know why I get these.

Does anyone have any idea why I get these old logs with the daily script task?

I am still getting these emails (everyday about 40-60) but still don't have any clues about what they are.
IgorG, do you have any knowledge about why I am getting these logs everyday domain based? I really want to put an end to this, but don't know what to do and where to begin!..

Really, it is IIS log files of your domain. Their usual location is something like C:\inetpub\vhosts\domain.com\statistics\logs\W3SVC22\u_ex12xxx.log
I don't know why these logs have been sent by email. I can just suggest you check all your cron tasks and their actions.

If you mean by cron tasks, scheduled tasks, I checked them.
I have three tasks under scheduled tasks. The first one is Daily Script Tasks, the second is Time sychronization, and the last one is Update DrWeb Antivirus Database.

I have these settings by default on Daily Script Tasks;

Path to executable file *: C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin\php.exe
Arguments: -q -dauto_prepend_file="" -c php.ini "C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\plib\DailyMaintainance\script.php"

I didn't change anything on these settings, I mean, it should be default. Yet, I don't understand why I keep these IIS log files to my e-mail. They grow bigger by size and more everyday.

What does that script.php do?

Will it be a problem if I run that Daily Script Task not everyday, but once a week?
Any more ideas?
