  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

What's the best Server health parameter for the MySQL CPU usage

MarcoZ

Basic Pleskian
Hi There,

I have Plesk version 10.3.1 running on my VPS server only every ±10 minutes i get an e-mail with:

Server health parameter "Services > MySQL CPU usage" changed its status from "green" to "red".

and back to green, yellow, red etc.

My question what is the best parameter for the MySQL CPU usage now its 20 yellow 25 red.

Greetings,

Marco

Try to rebuild Health monitor settings with following commands:

C:\Documents and Setting\Administrator> cd %plesk_bin%
C:\Program Files\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin>Parallels.MonitorSrv.exe --update-config
C:\Program Files\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin>php.exe -dauto_prepend_file= "%plesk_dir%\admin\plib\scripts\setup-health-monitor.php"

I hope it will help.

Hi IgorG,

I have changed it. Not one mail after the update.
Only now we have a other problem the CPU load is high so we have shutdown the Health Monitor after reading http://kb.parallels.com/en/112103

Will there be a fix for the Health Monitor on Windows 2008 ?

Greetings,

Marco

As far as I know it should be fixed in upcoming 10.4 release.
