WHMCS & Plesk

I am trying to setup WHMCS (www.whmcs.com) which uses the remote XML interface within Plesk to create accounts however for some reason we must have a setup issue within Plesk and it is not finalising the account setup.

The error we are getting is 2204 Hosting setup error. which doesn't tell me a lot, I have talked to WHMCS but they cannot find the issue.

WHMCS gives me this error when creating accounts:

Server Command Error
2204 - Unable to update hosting preferences. Unable to create system user: email address is invalid.

The underlined part above seems funny as you shouldn't need an email account to set up an account in plesk?

Anyone have any experience with this?

Saw your post regarding the WHMCS set up with plesk. I am setting up the system and keep getting domain template errors. I'm looking for some help setting this up. Did you find anyone or know anyone who might help?

I ended up getting the guys at WHMCS to help out.

We needed a plesk update for all to work, you may want to ask them for some help.

Check Plesk API-RPC and ,SWsoft cannot guarantee working with third party product.
