2 problems with templates

Hi,
we have 2 problems with templates:

1- on most templates, the vertical (side) menu does not appear at all, only its background color appears (see print screen:

2- on many templates, the side border beyond 800px is grey
(see print screen:
www.comptoirdunet.com/imagedir/templates_error2.jpg ).

This is the response we get from SWsoft support, maybe it can help someone in trouble ....

This menu is for second level pages. If there are no second level pages the menu is empty.

Some templates have non-stretchable design. If the resolution is more than template size, this grey border is displayed on template sides. This border couldn't be removed by design, but you could replace background image (/usr/local/sitebuilder/htdocs/repository/templates/<template_name>/bg.gif or main_bg.gif - depends on the template) with an image you want to see on the sides.
