Blank screen when clicking "info" button

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help.

This problem is only happening for one user - when they try and change the "info" section of their site, the page goes white and just says "done" at the bottom.

They login ok - all other areas of sitebuilder are fine, its just the "info" link on the design page.

Any ideas ?
