  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Can not delete mail accounts

Hi,
I have migrated a subscription from P11.5 -> P 12.5

It turns out I can not delete mail accounts that have been created prior to the migration (on the old server).
As you can see, there is no error message that would be of any kind of help. Freshly created accounts can be deleted, though.
Of coure I rebuilt all handlers (mchk), but no good.

The reason I want to delete a mail account is: even though most mailboxes work fine, one in particular (with a "+" in the address) does not work since the migration:

postfix/pipe[ ]: [MSG ID] : to=<h+p-XXX@XXX.de>, relay=plesk_virtual, delay=9517, delays=9516/0/0/0.11, dsn=4.2.1, status=deferred (Message can not be delivered at this time )

Can anyone help here?
