• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

CNAME changing method:
To reset the password for the administrator of southlondoncollege.co.uk , you will need to verify ownership of the domain. Learn more

Change your CNAME record

1. Sign in to your domain hosting service and locate the DNS management page. The location varies by service, but can typically be found under Domain Management or Advanced Settings .
2. Use the following unique string to create a new CNAME record for the domain.com domain:

googleecae2180679d518d
3. Point the CNAME record to: google.com

4. Once you have made the changes, you can verify that the record exists by doing a CNAME lookup for http://googleecae2180679d518d.domain.com . You can find several web sites to do automated CNAME lookups by searching for CNAME lookup at http://www.google.com .

There is a manual availabe for plesk free from parallels website. I would suggest you download as it answers many basic questions you may have.

To manage your dns for your domain - Click on you domain and then click on dns settings.

I know that in the google for domains setup there is actually an option to show you how to setup for plesk.

However its really easy to do. Ensure that you remove any mx records you may have in your dns settings already when you add the google ones
