  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

How to remove features from Customer Control Panel

Hi

We are truggling to remove features for a service plan, in order to simplify to maximum the customer's control Panel.
In other words, we want to set a very simple service plan, with only mail and site builder access. Therefore, we would like customers, when login to their Control Panel for this plan, to see only few tabs, basicaly only "Home" (with access to sitebuilder), "Mail", "statistics" and "account". But currently, there are un-usefull tabs "Websites & Domains", "Applications"

How to remove those 2. What feature should be removed from the service plan in order not to have those tabs displayed ?

For exemple, we have managed to remove the "user" tab : on the plan's setting page from Plesk, on the properties tab, we have un-checked "Ability to manage auxiliary user accounts"
But how to de-activate the other "applications" and "websites & domains" ones ?

Thanks for your help !!!

To remove "application" tab you should turn off permission "Access to Application Catalog ".

You can not remove "Websites and domains" tab for customer.
But you can hide some buttons from this page by appropriate permissions.
