  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question internal mails from same domain going to spam folder of one recipient roundcube spam/junk folder

Deepak M

Basic Pleskian
Hello everyone,

We are facing typical issue with one of our client domain saaXXXXX.com hosted on Linux Plesk 12.5

If user1@saaXXXXX.com send email to mrx@saaXXXXX.com ( internal mails) using outlook or webmail it goes to webmail spam folder

We tried sending email from another domain hosted on same server or gmail or yahoo id it goes to inbox

We took below actions but same problem persist

1. We deleted mailbox of mrx@saaXXXXX.com and recreated again
2. Changed password of this account and not given to user and sent test email from user1@saaXXXXX.com or any other id of saaXXXXX.com
3. checked for Message Rules in Outlook or mobile no rules are crated
4. We enabled spam filter and disabled it again

After changing password it was not updated in Outlook so there is no possibility of outlook marking email as Junk/Spam

Even message headers do not show any spam filter is triggered

Below are sample message headers

Return-Path: <user1@saaXXXXX.com>
X-Original-To: mrx@saaXXXXX.com
Delivered-To: mrx@saaXXXXX.com
Received: from webmail.saaXXXXX.com (yyyyyy.in [IPv6:::1])
(Authenticated sender: user1@saaXXXXX.com)

User-Agent: Roundcube Webmail/1.2.7
X-PPP-Message-ID: <20180605112655.11280.73312@yyyyyy.in>
X-PPP-Vhost: saaXXXXX.com

This issue does not persist for any other id of saaXXXXX.com or other domain hosted on same server

No spam filter is active on server or domain or user, also no additional filters created in Postfix

We checked in logs, no rules are being triggered

Can any one suggest what could be issue and how it can be resolved?
