• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

After migration admin account is broken...

You cannot administrate subscriptions owned by the admin, it generates errors and when you try to change your admin details you get the following errors.

I would like to know from parallels if there is a solution to this issue ? And definately is unfair to ask from people to pay support fees if the problem created is not caused by your customers.

It looks like problem with MySQL server. I think it'll better to contact with our support or self try to fix problem with database server (may be this link helps you http://www.softwareprojects.com/res...l-duplicate-entry-for-key-primary-o-1844.html)

Thanks for your quick reply.

Followed instructions on the link. Did not solve the problem.

Your support does not support plesk licenses not directly purchased from parallels.
Before migration manager there was no problem. So this was caused by your migration manager I believe.

Other thoughts for solving this issue ?

Is there any way of dropping the admin account and recreating it from scratch ?
