webmail.<domain>.tld throwing "Server not found" (Horde)

Hello,

Very new to web hosting, so please excuse me being a novice here. I cannot seem to get my webmail (Horde) up and running. I've looked online for quite a number of different solutions but it still does not work. Any help would be appreciated!

Plesk Version: v11.0.9_build110120608.16 os_Ubuntu 10.04
Webmail Service: Horde 4.3.11

I also created email addresses with forwarding turned on and tried emailing to the created email addresses, but the emails never get sent/forwarded:
1. On Plesk, go to Mail >> Create E-Mail Address (email@domain.tld) >> Enter E-mail address in General >> Forwarding >> Check Switch on mail forwarding >> Enter E-mail address to forward (email@gmail.com) >> Click OK.
2. Send email to email@domain.tld >> Check email@gmail.com >> Nothing received.
3. On Plesk, go to Mail >> Refresh Usage Stats >> Usage stats does not increase.

Having done a little hunting, it doesn't look like the domain is using your plesk server as the nameservers.

You will need to either create the new records at your current registrar, or change the nameservers at your registrar to point towards your plesk server.

Thanks DaveKay, works perfectly. All I had to do was change the nameservers at my registrar!
