Issue webmail with dedicated IP

Plesk version and microupdate number

Plesk Obsidian 18.0.46

Hello

I wanted to have dedicated email to send email and have acces to webmail. So i have created a A dns entry for the subdomain webmail.xxxx.com but I reach the plesk page and not the webmail .

Any Idea ?

Won't work like that. Plesk implicitly creates a webmail.whatever.com subdomain; when you create it yourself, you override that with an empty domain.
